You provide the land
We obtain the planning permission
We create the design and obtain planning approval, all at our cost. If we do not gain planning permission you do not pay anything.
By working with us, landowners can shape the future of their communities, rather than leaving it open to exploitation by volume builders.
Process
1 Opportunity
We carry out an initial planning appraisal of your land and discuss your aspirations for the site and any other specific considerations.
We discuss the principles of an agreement and the specific terms to promote your land for development.
2 Agreement
Once the terms have been agreed, a promotion agreement will be drawn up and signed to formalise our relationship.
We take on all the risk and costs to achieve planning consent in exchange for a fee which is only payable if we achieve planning permission.
3 Planning
We commission all the surveys, design work and planning reports necessary to submit an application including consulting with local communities and the planning authority.
It is in both parties’ interests to create great quality homes that balance individual and wider community interests.
4 Sale
Success! If we have come this far it has been a success and the site can be sold. The land will be significantly more valuable with residential planning consent.
We only receive our fee once the land is sold.
