Tom Lowry CMLI
Tom is a designer and town planner who applies creative design and technical knowledge to unlock development potential.
Tom has experience of all aspects of planning from plan making and applications for a local authority, to preparing masterplans and submitting applications as applicant or agent.
Tom has worked on schemes ranging in scale from a single dwelling to over five thousand.
Oliver Del Mar MRICS
Oliver is a quantity surveyor and project manager with a background in delivering multiple residential, commercial and public sector projects.
Oliver held a senior position in an international construction consultancy and has an in-depth understanding of the economics of the uk development sector.
Oliver has delivered the design and construction of over 250 new homes for his clients.
